Vancouver, eh
Two weeks ago, I went to Vancouver with Ginger. We took the train up on Saturday morning, and returned home on Sunday evening. It was good, but it was also wet. I definitely want to go back during nicer weather.
We saw a Flamenco performance, which was beautiful and amazing. Both the music and the dancing was superb, overall. We liked the Gastown area of the city, as well as Granville Island. We visited the aquarium, but it was "Sun Financial Day". Whether it was for employees or customers, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure the promotional event made the already popular attraction all the more crowded.
Anyway, it was sort of a whirlwind couple of days. I think I'd do one night there again, if I were going to see a specific show. For touring, though, I think two nights is better. Still, Vancouver is very close, so I'll be able to go back pretty easily.
