THE END OF 2010
The first week of school's over and I thought it'd be a pretty slack week since it's sort of orientation or something but it's been extremely hectic. I've had meetings almost every single day of the past week and my sleep cycle's been pretty horrid so I totally crashed on Saturday. But no complaints because teaching has been really fun and I love my job :)
Picture time! I'm going to split them up into two separate entries - end of 2010 and beginning of 2011.

Dinner at the Swissotel ballroom courtesy of Uncle Ngoi. It was the Chaine Des Rotisseurs dinner - go google it. It was a buffet and the spread was amazing. Yummy oysters from all over the world (Japan, France, Australia…etc), foie gras, sashimi, tempura and much much more. I didn't get many photos of the food within the ballroom though because the lighting wasn't conducive for photo-taking and I'd be holding up the queue for food if I were to stand there to try and get a non-blur shot.
But the dessert spread was outside the ballroom with sufficient lighting so I managed to take quite a few shots out there. The desserts were all so pretty! I'll let the pictures do the talking.
The super super adorable toddler!!
The oyster spread was laid out on this ice carving. There were at least 10 different kinds of oysters including the Fin De Claire which were really yummy too.

Christmas Eve dinner at home. I had more photos with the Christmas tree and with everyone else… etc but the lighting wasn't great and most were blurry so I shan't put them up.

NYE party at home with relatives and family friends. And a birthday celebration for a number of family friends/relatives whose birthdays fall within the first week of January. Pictures courtesy of my uncle who takes really nice shots!
