It never stops

So I've had this little knot of flesh on my back, right at the bottom of my shoulder blade, for a long time now. Small little thing, never did anything, didn't hurt, just kinda sat there. So I never got it checked. But now, over the last week or so, it's swollen up something fierce, and it hurts all the bloody time. Went to the health center on
