this would be an extremely long entry if i described all the great things that went on on my birthday.
man... i felt really happy and all of the great happy smiling funny sweet people who showed up and went out of their way to do awesome things for me really made me stop hating laredo. haha.

liz's vegan cake was the best cake i've ever had ever.
when i got home there was a box with presents from carlos, marianne, and ivan, too. "the english patient", a carrot, some carmex, and a card made of carrots with a picture of a happy cow inside haha.
kids are awesome.
on top of all of the fun: i have the greatest friend/boyfriend in the world. you make me sooo happy. thanks for sticking around for so long. and also, thanks for coming to laredo on the weekend when you even had a show in san an. spending time with you is the best thing. :)
