the clock on the wall is hanging crooked...
i saw mean girls tonite... wicked good movie. i went w/jen kuhn. she randomly im'ed me and was like "hey wanna go see mean girls tonite in willi" so i was like sure. it was good to see some one from khs/k-town. i didn't realize how much i missed everyone. i mean, it's been nearly a year!
i talked to james again!!! we're going to do our ritual on tuesday... chinese food at Empire Buffet in Putnam then a movie (Troy!!!) at Dayville Digital Cinemas (odd, willimantic is no longer owned by the welch digital cinema people... it's now the Willimantic Multiplex and they wear like white button up shirts, black vests, and black pants... willi's movin on up, lol). plus, it's his 19th b-day... wow i feel old, i've been 19 for over 6 months... i mean, i'll be 20 in 5 months as of june 1st.
i felt like such a redneck tonite driving back from the movies. the local "today" music radio stations were bugging me, playing music i didn't like. so i hit the 'source' button on the radio in my mom's chevy impala to play whatever cd she left in there... the cd was the 2nd disc of Garth Brooks's Double Live cd set. i put it on like major bass and stuff and cranked the volume up to like 21 and drove home from willi w/garth brooks blaring on the radio and singing to it at the top of my lungs. and it felt good to be all redneck like again, cuz i mean, at Simmons, cindy hated country music and hated when i listed to it in the room. so i didn't get to have my country music fix very often, so this was like major "country music" fix for me, yay for garth brooks!!!
can i just say how much i love "That Summer" by Garth Brooks? it like sends chills up and down my spine... it sort of reminds me of last summer w/he who must not be named (i dont' wanna mention his name out of fear that i might have another panic attack...)
anyway, i need to get ready to go to bed, or at least go lay down in my bed and get warm and watch tv...
