It was on this day exactly one year ago a very dear friend of mine and her family lost a mother, an aunt, a cousin, a daughter, and a friend. She was a very kind person with lots of spunk and energy. She welcomed everyone into her home with open doors and wasn't quick to judge. She treated her family with lots of love and kindness and made everyone laugh no matter what their mood. She treated me like i was one of her daughters, and i never got to thank her. Her daughters never got to say goodbye, her friends, her family... no one got to say anything to her before she passed. It was an unfortunate happening that no one will forget. I leave now hoping that people who were dear to her and close to her will not remember the bad, and will not remember all the things that was left unsaid , and all the events that must take place without her physically there, but the good times you shared with her. The times where she saw you off on your first day of school. Time times where she helped you first ride a bike, where she brought you and your friends to the movies or the corn maze during halloween.... all the laughs, all the love that was shared throughout the family. Dont think of this as she is not here anymore. She will always be in our hearts and in our prayers. She will see you all graduate from high school. She will see you all when you go off to college. She will see you all when you get married and have children of your own. She will have a front row seat in every aspect of your life.
Cherish the moments you have with your family and friends. Unfortunately with life, you really never know when u wont get a second chance.
