So I'm sitting here, wondering. What happens if something falls off?

The islands, I mean. Like a cup. Or a journal, or a person.

You know, just wondering. No reason.

Apparently things loop. I wonder if it's possible to move things forward while at the same time falling?

I chucked a few rocks off. But rocks can't control their own freefall.

I just need something. Fabric maybe? Thin but strong? A way to slow down. after all, it's not the fall that kills you.

This sounds like a rather elaborate plan.

I dunno that I'd call it that.

Especially as the two main elements are
1. throw self off island after
2. Find way to slow to a stop without killing self

seems simple. Sort of.

I think 2. is the part that could get complicated.

I'm no inventor, but something like that shouldn't be too hard, right?

I really don't know - I think you're more the inventor than I am~

I just think of things I want to do and then bumble into ways to actually do the damn fool thing I'm thinking of, really.
