tastes like 9 minute miles!
I think my AL team is the Texas Rangers. How did that happen? Last year at this time I had a hard time remembering they existed. I mean, I love Josh Hamilton but I'm sure he would annoy me, you know (crazy born-again, and all)? And Kinsler, from the little I know about him, seems to be this likeable version of David Wright. By likeable I mean dorktastic but not as all OMG DA TEAM!! :D
Yesterday was 25 years since the Sixers won the NBA Championship, and of course there are all these articles on SI about now how that's 100 professional sports seasons since a Philly team has won a championship, and all these stories get trolled by a) people hating on Philly saying we don't deserve it since we're the worst fans EV0R and b) THEY DON'T KNOW THE PAIN THAT CLEVELAND KNOWZ!
I am still sick, and have to work tomorrow and I really don't want to because of that, plus I've about had it with one of the co-worker's I'm scheduled to work with. Hopefully I'll be banished to Fashion Jewelry so I don't have to communicate with her too much. This is sad, me hoping I'm in the non-commission section over being stuck with her in Watches (commisioned section).

And, holy cow, the Phillies defense today, what was that all about?! I mean, they're solid but they just seemed to find the ball on every play. Also good? Besides Jamie, the starting lineup only struck out a total of 2 times. So hoorah for putting the ball in play.
I was flipping between that and the Brewers game. I'm crushing on Ryan Braun and it makes no sense. MAKE IT STOP. He could help by not hitting home runs every game.
Maybe it's that, when I'm sick, I lack proper judgement and do things, and talk about said things I do, that I normally wouldn't. Oy.
ETA: I know most of my flist hates on the Alyssa Milano "Touch" clothing but I love this jacket and wish I had the money for it. :C
