She wasn't quite ready to get back to dancing yet, but Saffron still had work to do at the club, bookkeeping and the like. And even if she couldn't do any actual practicing, she could still look through the club's collection of iPods for songs and brainstorm about things like costumes and theme nights.
Xander was doing work with the building crew that day, and Saffron took the opportunity to head down to the club. She was pretty sure her first day back on the stage was going to be March's theme night, and she hadn't yet decided on a song to perform to. When she arrived she found the door unlocked, which she knew meant Jack was there, and sure enough, when she went inside she spotted him at the piano.
"Hi, honey," she called, her voice almost back to normal, so now it was just a little scratchy.
