Even though I'm surrounded by people, I feel a bit isolated. I don't know. Grounding is a big asset to this feeling, but I think it's something else.
I can feel the familiar pit of anxiety brewing once again in my body. Not the panicky kind, but the kind I always get during summer. The type of anxiety where you're pleading insanely for a routine again, where you don't have to pick up a phone to see your friends.
