Yet another!!
Well this one deserved a new one too.
So this is the story of Scott. I cant believe he forgave me for the past, but now it is over and we are happy. We saw each other at a party a few months ago and when he offered to drive me home I accepted. At that point, in a drunken state I decided to tell him my deepest feelings of regret for what had happened. I proceeded to tell him that the reason I ran was because I was scared to fall in love with him because I knew that he was someone that I could see myself with for a long time. Scared of commitment!!! As true as it was things didnt play out as they could have. So around the beginning of april I asked him to take me to Walmart and we talked for a long time without alcohol involved and realized how much we really cared about each other. So it was pursued finally after all of these months.
So he made it official on the 16th of April. I guess you could call it a late birthday present. He actually asked me to be his girlfriend, which is amazing, just trust me. I felt sooo special. He makes me feel special in those little ways that before now I could never appreciate. He makes me appreciate things so much more than anyone else ever has.
I met his parents this weekend and they were great!! They took us to the outback! I am going home with him this weekend to meet his friends and more of his family which is so exciting. In taking Lindsey home I realized how much I need to let him meet my family. I told them about him today. Mom met him and they talked a lot while I was studying at the Library!!
I am so happy with him.
