Wake Me Up When September Ends
This weekend was pretty fun. Hung out with Chris and Abby at Birkdale on Friday and saw Red Eye again. I am majorly loving Chris.. he's Abby's older brother, a Junior, and in JROTC and we hang out all the time and oh my gosh. Sometimes.. my liking him is so painful I want to cry. He's tall and tan and handsome and nice and sweet and funny and dorky and endearing.. heh. I really like him. And he worries about me when he see's that I'm depressed or looking upset. I think I can talk to him about anything that is on my mind.. he says if I want to talk, he's always there. My only worry is that he'll start thinking of me as a second sister and I don't want that, just good friends and maybe at some point more than that? I already sit with him at lunch and chat with him in the mornings and hang out with him during JROTC events. Sigh.
Anyway, on Saturday, Breanna and I went to watch her new boyfriend and his band practice at his house. His name is Mason. His best friend's name is Adam. Bre and I met them at their youth group a loooong time back, last school year, and found out they went to our highschool this year when Bre got a class with Mason and then they began going out last Wednesday. The practice was really great. They play in a Metal Band and they are SO GOOD. The only thing though, is that they make fun of emo music. Haha. Boo! It's entertaining to watch though. And they love playing Scotty Doesn't Know [from Eurotrip] as a warm-up. Anyway, after they practiced, the four of us, plus their bass player, all went down to the Lake and the three boys went skinny-dipping. It was so funny. That night, Bre and I went to go see the Exorcism of Emily Rose and we quit smoking! *dances*
Sunday was pretty kewl as well. Went over to Breanna's and we walked to Adam's because he invited me to his Youth Group kick-off thing at the lake and I invited Breanna so we all went and had fun and it was really kewl. I'm really starting to like Adam, I think. I can see myself liking him a lot. I wonder if he sees the same potential in me? Well.. today he did ask me to be his girlfriend, so maybe?
Heh. First boyfriend since February, it's exciting. Plus, now Bre, Mason, Adam, and me are all like this big double-dating foursome now. See, Breanna is my best friend and Mason is Adam's so two best friends going out with two best friends. It's kewl. And Adam is really awesome. He plays the guitar and he is blonde with GORGEOUS blue eyes, purdy hair, AMAZING upper torso, so sarcastic [maybe I've met my match??], sweet, funny, and great.
