Harry goes to Beauxbatons

I am trying to find a story where I believe Harry was raised by the Weasley family. Instead of going to Hogwarts, he went to Beauxbatons and since Molly had to see her children off and Arthor had to work, Severus took Harry to the Beauxbations drop off. Severus was actually bond to Harry by his parents, which could result later on them being married, thus despite Severus being a part of Harry's childhood, he tried to distance himself as Harry got older. Eventually, they did become closer although no one could understand considering how Severus taught. I also know Harry particapted in the Tri-Wizard tournament.
