V for Vendetta | Tutorial

  • I'm in love with V for Vendetta so expect a lot of V graphics.
  • Now just a note, I don't really think of this as a full icon tut as much as just a simple skills ones but hey, you choose.
  • I use photoshop 5.5 but I'm sure this can be done in other programmes.

Good stuff, useful tutorial. Only think is that the color number for the brownish orange you have marked as the same blue in the next step :) Might want to change that.

Hmm..on your Multiply step, you've got the wrong color code in there, since it doesn't match up with the layers at the bottom.

Anyways, awesome tutorial. I like the effect. And, it's easy to understand.

I would love to try that tut because the coloring is fantastic but I have a problem. I'm using PSP and there is no Color burn. Do you know the equivalent in PSP?

Er, sorry I don't. I only use photoshop um it proberly is on PSP but under a different name so you could look around on that or look up some communites that might help, like um icon_tutorial, psp7_beginners, psp8_fun and psp9_fun Sorry to be of no help :(

Burn works nicely, you just need to fiddle with the opacity to get it to the coloring you like.
