*drum roll please* I might be eligible for grants for school! Oh, happy day! I turned in my 1040 tax return form today and Beth( who is in charge of my financial aid) just really quickly looked at some stuff said I might be eligible. I get the verdict tomorrow.
I also looked around for attorneys to shadow, and definitely made some progress today. I am a little nervous to call people thought. These attorneys are really well educated. Really well educated. Yale and Harvard type grads. Who am I? I am lowly paralegal student, who doesn't know jack crap,and would like to shadow you, please and thank you.
A week from today is my first counseling session. I am really looking forward to it. I just hope it works out ok. I know a couple of Alisha's friends have not had recent success as far as their counseling experiences go. We shall see.
Now I need to get ready for work, and then get to come home to a crap load of homework and studying. It is going to be a late night. :P
