It's killing me... I can't eat foie gras for the next few months because of vitamin A excess-possible birth defects.... But I have to say I feel a little guilty at planning to indulge later... humane treatment of geese and all that :)

Thanks! Now I just have to muster up the courage to cook such an expensive ingredient (I'm not terribly confident in my ability to not destroy it :) )
