From a happy place

I stayed over at moonhound 's and spent most of the Holy Week bumming around in her house watching tons upon tons of videos(Videos=ARASHI) and movies that ranged from teenage Japanese boys in their quest of self realization/adulthood (Kiroi Namida) and pure random stupidity and mind numbing happiness (Arashi's Life is Hard dakedo Happy and Life is Hard dakara Happy) to Asian sappy yet terribly cute love stories: KOIZORA and Whisper of the Heart. And the sad yet admirable The Duchess starring Keira Knitghtley-- can a woman be that kind?

THE SKY OF...

I must say Miura Haruma looks sooooo oddly amazing with platinum blonde hair. Its crazy how fake it looks but suites his face so well. He should just keep his hair in a light shade, black just makes him look like a girl). Another reason why I wanted to watch it, I know I'm being uber judgmental and probably jealous of this girl, was to check out Aragaki Yui's acting. I must admit she did the part really well, and I liked how "not stiff" she was-- its a common syndrome for female Japanese actresses to act unnatural and kinda awkward, but she was really comfortable; considering the fact that she's really timid during the SMILE press cons and interviews. It was a good watch-- even though Roxy and I were trying to grasp the plotline for about an hour before understanding where the story was going. But its most definitely intriguing and the characters are all so lovable.

YUU~ Is there a man in this world who can love a woman like you did~ *sniff sniff*

P.S:
Jun calls Aragaki Yui "GAKKI".

OH HELL YEAH AM I NOT JEALOUS.

LIFE IS HARD...

ARAAASHIIIIIIIIII~ MY BRAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIN~

I can't explain how mind numbing and stupid and funny those movies were. SHO WITH SHINY SHINY TEETH AND YANKEEEEEEEEEE~ AIBA A KNITTING MAN WHO LOOKS LIKE JOEL CRUZ (or Raul Castro. Mcann don't kill me~) NINO YOUR A SKATEBOARDING HOTTIE BUT YOUR LIFE IS SAAAD. JUN YOU ARE DEFINITELY A DORK (and you look like Joe Jonas. REALLY. NO RLY.)

YELLOW TEARS:

Kiroi Namida is such a GOOD movie.

I don't think I would want to give up my dream now no matter what after watching that.It makes you wanna work hard and be determined no matter what comes your way. Life would be too sad with less people dreaming and giving up.

The Duchess is 18th century fashion paradise. And I would never EVER want to live in that time period.

We stuffed ourselves with oreo and milk in between the bumming around and ofcourse flailing over our beloved Japanese boys. Her mum made this amazing Sinigang, but it wasn't maasim, it was actually kinda sweet in a sense..? I didn't understand it, but I know it was really good and it was Bangus (milk fish) and  what mattered was that it was GREAT. We also had grilled Bangus and Tilapia and Carbonara (AMAZING) and it wasn't Giniling but it had meat and this wonderful happy green cubed vegetables. FOOD=AWESOME. Meals at the Hound's never disappoint <3

Oh and we tried to make home made ice cream using the method I did during my Physics class in High School. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA~

FAIL.

I should never be left in the kitchen. I WILL NOT SURVIVE. : |

It was such a great time at her place. Even though we mostly did nothing but all things unproductive (BUT we did do charms every now and then) it was fun to just be lazy and not think about school and relax. Oh I shall miss all that for the summer~ *sniff*

I can't wait to come back there. I know OJT is starting and we won't be able to hang out as much, and since she got into Mcann I know she'll be a lot busier than I am. But I hopefully (and I KNOW IT) we'll be able to do that SMILE marathon we've been planning after the summer ends. : )

GANBATTE GANBATTE ROXY-CHAN~ <3

P.S: F&H CALL ME PLEASE. MY NERVES ARE KILLING MEE~ WHEN DO I STAAAAART ~

jun matsumoto, when reality bites that croissant
