I have a tutor for physics now (yay for me), and I found two ways to help me understand the material:
1) Slow down my analysis.
I always try to rush through everything, but I need to slow down!!
2) Trust my free-body diagrams (diagram's which represent what is going on). I draw them but I don't trust them...
Now, I'm off to go try out my new study technique's...
