All I can say is, "WTF?"
I'm not a die-hard baseball fan, nor am I a particularly devout Chicago Cub evangelist, but this is just wrong. I used to work for one of Sam Zell's companies (Equity Office) which he sold a few months back. In turn, Sam decided to buy the Tribune Company. I thought, "Great, I think Sam will do well with the company.". Then I run across this article buried on the internet: Fans stand to lose the most in Cubs sale. Read the article and you will see why I am pretty pissed. I have lost much respect for Sam, and he can just go to Zell.
