Medical info: Excellent hand-to-hand combat. Excellent speed. Medium stamina and strength. Unfortunately internally ill with a fatal disease rendering his vision to be particularly blind and unfocused as well as slowly killing him.
What's okay to mention around him: Anything. Itachi is more to listen than to commit to conversation. The few subjects that will have him inwardly sneer would be that of concerning his brother, along with war (Children being involved in war is a no-no to him.) and he cannot tolerate people trying to worm out information about himself/his affairs.
Notes for the psychics: Being an illusionist, Itachi is able to sense that he is being mindfucked -- whether he can stop it or not is a different subject. Otherwise he is a highly-composed individual with an undercurrent of melancholy aspects. But go for it!
