Hey, #depressos users! Lushie and oberon got booted off of magicstar. You can read about it here. For that, and other reasons, such as the lack of new people on a backwater server, I'm proposing we move to a bigger and less uptight network.
Some possible networks are:
undernet
criten
irchighway
mindforge
Criten looks pretty good, has about 10000 users, which is 10x smaller than the big networks, but 20x bigger than magicstar. The others look acceptable as well, although I'd need to look into undernet's services.
You can see stats on the networks here.
Let me know what you think, about the move, about possible networks. And I'll keep you posted. Also, if you know other depressos not on my friends list, spread the word about the move.
