Beta needed for my Big Bang story

Our Big Bang stories and art are due in 6 days - EEEK! I'm not finished my story yet, almost but not quite. And I'm worried about finishing it in time to get it beta-read before the posting deadline. So, I'm looking for someone who would be willing to beta-read it in 2 sections, the first half now and the second half in a few days when I finish it. It's going to be approximately 20k when it's finished (it's at 18,245 words right now), so I'd be sending you approximately 10K now and another 10K on say, Thursday.

Type of Beta needed: Spelling, grammar, typos. I write pretty clean text, so all I really need is a proof-reader. I'll send a list of my most common typos/mistakes along with the story ;-)

• Summary: During New York's Blizzard of the Century, Finch feels trapped in his own home. Reese and Bear walk across New York in the blizzard to come to Finch's rescue. New York is without power, so the machine is blind. At Finch's house, Finch and Reese talk, play chess, and talk some more. They each share some of their past and some of their feelings.
