John was pleased with how well Finch was adjusting back to his daily routine. Bear was a large part of that, spending his days and nights at Finch’s side. The Library was now littered with mountains of toys and gear for the intelligent canine. John began to wonder if Finch was spoiling Bear.
“Harold, about Bear’s vest,” he began.
“It’s to show that he is a canine assistant, so he can enter any building with me,” explained Finch.
“No, I mean that vest!” said John, pointing at Bear, who was wearing a dark grey and lavender version of Finch’s own.
