Just beautiful. I can feel how much Finch wants to run the whole time, and I was just willing him to stay. I love how you're developing this story!

Pain. Pain meds kicking in. Not very articulate. For now I'll just say I fucking love you and I love how John's simple logic and little jokes just turn Finch sideways. And the sad picture of John sprawled on the bed, and Finch being sulky, and the rub, and the kiss and Finch's reaction to it, and the, the... *uncoordinated flail* Finch, why didn't you stay?
