I need to get some sort of alert system that lets me know that the internet has become just that much more awesome because your story has been updated. It should not have taken me more than a day to find this :( But I did, so yay, and how very fantastic it is :) I have to, of course, point out some of my favorite parts:

Everything was exactly as it had been five minutes ago, but entirely different. That sounds familiar from what seems like a lifetime ago and yet only about seven years ago... wow how time flies.

"Yeah, me too," ... "but you can't change how you feel, Quinn, and you shouldn't have to try." This Sam is my preferred Sam. Of course it doesn't hurt that he's on Team Faberry, if for nothing else than the possibility of seeing some hot lesbians making out.

Quinn hoped they did, because it would really suck if the first girl she'd fallen for didn't love her back. That's okay, Quinn, it would just make you more like the rest of us mere mortals. Good thing this is fanfic and we really, really want for you and Rachel to be together in that "better than reality" way. :)

I'm so happy with how you're writing Quinn's pursuit of Rachel. Rachel's nervousness sounds very familiar, so based on personal experiences on both sides I hope that she figures things out quickly and realizes that accepting the chemistry with Quinn is better than playing the avoiding game. I cannot wait to see how things progress from here!
