Mauruuru!

I currently live in the shadow of an ancient volcano that created the island I'm on, Moorea. My house is about 10 feet from a tropical lagoon, a three-minute boat ride away from an incredible reef. I saw way more fish in our snorkel today that I have seen in my entire diving career in New England. I wish I could share pictures with you. Unfortunately, on such a small isolated island, we don't have a lot of bandwith on the internet. So I'm limited in my uploading of pictures. I will try to keep you updated. And now I must go eat dinner. I know it's actually 11pm at home, but here its only 6 and dinner is being served I'm sure. This doesn't feel like school. More like a three-month camp session. Only with awesome people, crazy foods, and surrounded by a tropical paradise.

PS: I have a new favorite fruit. I don't know what its called in english, maybe it doesn't have a name. Here it's known as "Abu". And Taro icecream is the cat's meow.

That is all.
