I find myself thinking to update about no longer going out with Ali, about how my Three Seas adventure draws near and how I need to fill out so much paper work for it and have started to slightly freak out, about how work at the aquarium is going, about how much I dread the approach of August, about how I'm feeling and where I'm going in life...
But then I read something like
this and it reminds me sometimes to think of others and not myself. I think of those poor people who died or got injured. I think of the poor men (or women) who ordered and then carried out that air strike. The "war on terror" is meant to protect the innocent, right? But the road to Hell is paved in good intentions. Articles like this make me feel very small in the world.
Your actions - it's not just what you meant for them to be, it's the result of them as well. Whether you like it or not, the consequences are your responsibility, too.
