Spring is in the Area.
By now I would expect the average temperature to be well into the 90's F but it has not been. In the spirit of enjoying an unseasonal and lasting cool I have been riding my bike everywhere. It has been really enjoyable to see how far I can go. Today was ten mile day. Ultimately, I would like to ride a hundred miles each month.
I also have been taking advantage of the cool to leave the doors of my house open to freshen up the house and to do some really complete spring cleaning.
Friday I had a dinner party. For some reason I feel like even small gatherings feel like a big party in this apartment. We had a great time even though the house filled with smoke from the cooking.
