me and my head

so for all that see me on a regular basis, my head will look GNARL for a while.
I had small outpatient surgery yesterday. so i have gnarl scars and stitches right now.
kinad loopy.. plans for later today include hydrocodone, pink floyd, fractal mode on the computer...

i am good. my head feels like an alien is trying to escape. yee hah.

My boo tells me you asked about Pioneer Organics today.
I can only give them my highest recommendation. It's reasonably priced, produce is excellent. They're very reliable and the system they have is very flexible.
You can choose to have produce exclusions, things that will never show in your box cause you don't like em.
Or you can choose things that will always be in your box as long as they have them. Be careful with that though, you don't wanta order something that's outta season cause it won't be as good then, obviously.
You can modify every box. They'll send an email when they've got the list of what will be in the box for your next delivery and you can add or delete items or change quantities. They give you a few days to do that. If it's within a couple days of the order you can't modify it, so if you want to modify do that when they send the email or soon thereafter.
They also have some dairy products and eggs (all organic, everything from them is), spices, bread, canned goods, ect that you can add to your order if you want.
They have different size boxes and you can set it for different frequencies (weekly, biweekly ect.) and if your going out of town you can suspend your orders so they won't come while your not in.

Anyway they have my highest recommendation. They rock. :)
