I already sent this one to somerled, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't be able to join in the fun. enjoy:
take 3-10 lines from the newspaper and create a found poem in the form of a triolet, sonnet, cinquain or other short form. (other suggestions: 1-2 lines can be a haiku/senru depending on content, or you could take 2 and write a villanelle.)
