My goals for this week are:
1. Food:
a. drink 8 ounces of water a day
b. Eat 3 servings of fruits or veggies a day
2. Exercise:
a. walk on treadmill 10 mins a day
b. Stretch in the morning, before exercise, and before bed
3. Stress
a. Keep my room clean
b. Get to bed before 11
