Do you know how much I worry about you? Do you know that every night I ask Jah to sustain you and give you peace? If you only you knew your truth worth, maybe then you would give yourself the love you deserve. You can't keep avoiding food and throwing up when you can't. It will kill you. If not physically, emotionally. It will eat you from the inside out like a cancer.
