I FINALLY heard from Jeffery! He was still in Kyrgyzstan, and now he's headed to his final stop, in FOB Sharana, Afghanistan. It'll probably be a couple more days until he gets there, though. I guess he's been living out of his backpack in tents for the last few days, which he says is not so bad, but ugh... I'm so glad it's not me. I'm really glad I heard from him though. Not just because I love him and it's always good to hear from him, but because I've been so worried and tense lately and now I can finally relax a little. I really need to accept the fact that we're going to be apart for a while and deal with it. Pining away after him for nine months and never letting myself do anything isn't going to help either one of us.

In other news, I broke my middle toe on my right foot the other day. It's disgusting and purple and it hurts. Also, I spent the last few days painting my mom's boss's office. Not too bad of work and I made an extra $120. Oh, and I'm headed back to Indiana Sunday. Gotta finish up that internship. Meh.
