abstinence-only programs that censor, mislead, and
misinform - yet he cut $301 million for programs that
train doctors at children's hospitals. Never mind
that 94 percent of Americans support the teaching of
contraception in schools, or his State of the Union
pledge that "taxpayer dollars must be spent wisely, or
not at all." Bush's budget proposal speaks volumes
about his priorities - and providing young people with
all the facts isn't one of them.
