New Starbucks on Howell Mill Road..
The new Starbucks on Howell Mill Road is my new hero, my haven, my sanctuary away from work. Not only is it shiny and new and an exciting atmostphere away from work, but the people that were working there today were coffee dorks just like me. Just standing at the counter, they argued about the correct way to write down the order of my drink before making it. JUST the way I would care and no one else would. They were all friendly and chatty and my kind of coffee people. I MISS those people. That's really the only thing I miss about working in coffee shops, other than the free coffee and all.
But ALSO there is a round sweeping staircase by a window that goes up to upstairs seating. I can go and read during my lunch break! It's only 5 minutes away from where I work.
