my audit is done. yay! haha.
another 3 hours here at work... hm..
star wars. i almost feel as though i HAVE to touch on this subject taking into account my prior place of employment as well as the friends i have. i am not the biggest stars wars fan by any means, but i am going to see it this weekend, and am actually looking forward to it. it would be anti-pop culture of me to not see it as well as blasphamus in the eyes of 80% of my friends.
father's day is coming up, and it is perhaps one of the most important days of the year in my house. we've got my grandfather and my dad. so my brothers and i are already discussing ideas for father's day weekend. i just hope i dont have to work that night or the night before. working the audit shift at the hotel... is great, dont get me wrong, but my family time has dwindled down a bit because of it. i guess in a way its good because it makes the time i spend with my family more valuable. haha. we all live in the same house, yet i see my co-workers more than my own family. nuts. haha. nuts.
my date went.. semi-okay. it was more ackward than anything else. probably because my brothers wouldn't leave me alone! ha. it worked out though. the boy and i might be hanging out this weekend sometime. i don't really know what him and i are yet. so i am doing my absolute best not to get my hopes up or my expectations too high. i can't be too girly. i have to maintain some sort of decency. i have plenty of time to freak out later. i'll just take it one day at a time for now. right? i mean, that's okay to do? i dont know. my history with guys isnt exactly stellar nor experienced. maybe i should try not to think about it and ramble on about it so. i mean, this is just a guy. oye.
okay, well. small ramble, but its good enough for me. i'm off. love you all.
