Busy busy busy.
this week has gone fast but has been extremely busy.
july 4- went to ventura and dyed my hair "LIVELY AUBURN"! it turned out very well. my favorite part was when my sister and i walked into a hat shop and tried on all these weird hats [i.e. hamburgers, lobsters, joker, etc.] the best one of them all was the one with the super long bill that said "bet mines longer than yours." yeah anyway very nice day. then went to see fireworks.
july 5- work at mar vista, an incident i would not like to discuss, grandmas house, home, sleep.
july 6- work again [arts and crafts, roller blading, sports, etc.]
july 7 [today]- work at mar vista [arts and crafts, obstacle course, other sports, swimming, slip and slide, etc.], FIRST GUITAR LESSON EVER!, it went extremely well in my opinion. i really like my teacher and he had me put on some Rilo Kiley and then taught me to play some of the beginning guitar solo of 'Paint's peeling'. awesome, no? In addition, i learned 3 chords and to read tablature. all in 30 MINUTES! let's see: first lesson ever, good teacher [friendly and very patient], learned A TON. can't get any better. now all i have to do is practice...
so tommorow for camp we're going to magic mountain! me and another counselor are in charge of the kids going on the EXTREME rides :)
i'm willing to take a risk. a very big one it seems.
my hair isn't as auburn as it was 3 days ago :( damn the washout stuff. next time i'm getting the one that lasts at least a month because i really liked the color and the way it turned out.
