My New Doggie
This is the new doggie we got yesterday. Her name is Roxy and she is the sweetest thing. We got her from ASPCA and yes she is a recued dog. Roxy is a Keeshond Retriever Mix and so beautiful. Unfortunately she is heartworm positive but I do thank God is not advance but she will be on treatment soon for this. I hope everything goes well and her illness will be gone. Every time I look at her it breaks my heart to think how her previous owners were so mean to her and didn’t care. She was so abused and never on Heart Guard medicine. They also said she was too much of a responsibility for them. :( Roxy was taken to the ASPCA on May 16, 2009 and like I said before we adopted her yesterday. She has a new home now and we are taking care of her well. I will try to keep you up to date with her and how she’s been doing so far. I’m sure she will be better after the treatment.
