i don't know why...
... but I was remembering the good ol' days of my diary-x account. Don't know how many of my lj associates were ever a part of that community, but I miss. Well, thanks to wikipedia, I discovered that diary-x server crashed and all data was lost. Such a shame. And then I remembered LJ. I didn't think I'd remember my login name or password, but as I came typed the url in the browser and came to the homepage, all of it came back, like I never left. :)

last entry for me was like, sometime in 2006 or something like that... I'm too lazy to look it up.
I miss blogging though.
I started keeping a personal journal. Not one of those "write in here everyday" type deals (I hate those kind of obligations), but just something I can write in when inspired. Prose, poetry, songs, ramblings and rants, sketches, whatever. Just my own little "me" book.
I have two months til Im deployable... I think Im going to take up blogging again. Knowing the UNpopularity of LJ and how few friends I have on here, shouldn't be too embarrassing to vent here (as opposed to the tribe of friends I have on myspace and facebook... together enough to fill a large movie theater.
