So I finally finished American Gods this morning. FUCKING AMAZING!! Kristin, you weren't lying when you said that it was the PERFECT book for me. I want to say that it is the best book I've ever read, but I say that at the end of all books that I read, except Life After God. That book was good until the end. Job market down there sucks, and she's got a BA in Business Marketing that she can't use. She's going to move back here so that she can use it, and not feel so stuck where she's at. While she's doing that, I'm going to take school into overdrive and try to graduate early, so that I can get a job teaching somewhere and start on my next degree.

Now read Neverwhere, and be amazed. It's kind of similar, but MUCH darker. Glad you liked it. though. :)

I started to buy that earlier tonight, but figured I'd get Herodotus' Histories instead. :p Thank you SO FUCKING MUCH for telling me to read that! It is by far the greatest recommendation I've ever received! I'd tackle hug you if you weren't 6 hours away.
