Oy. I think that's enough.
The past weekend was slightly crazy. Saturday, we were gone all day. First we went to the Highland Games, which was a lot of fun. There was kilts and bagpipes everywhere! I'm really surprised my kids don't have kilts, nor my husband...There was lots of competitons to enjoy. Abby really enjoyed the taber tossing and the dance competitions. Sadly, we missed a bunch of band competitions. There was plenty to enjoy though! It was so hot though! It must have been 90ish. Thankfully we brought a wagon so I didn't have to wrap Finny. He was too hot with just a shirt and diaper on. After we left, we took a short jaunt to Brunswick and went to the Galato Fiasco. Best galato ever!! We finished up the day with dinner at Moody's. It really was a wonderful day.
Yesterday, Kim and I received 2 phone calls. One said he didn't get this job at the first. The second was for me. I was given a job interview today. It went alright, I didn't do terribly but I don't feel like I was spectacular either. We'll see how it turns out.
Uggggggghhhhh. I have so much to do! It's 1 o'clock and I feel ike I've waisted the day, even though I've already had a job interview...
- Finish Finny'd doll
- Double check school books
- Double check fincial aid
- Run some diapers
- Run the dishwasher
- Find my energy...
- Catch up on emails.
- Start some sort of knit project. I'm really missing having knitting needles in my hands...
- Start buying fall and winter clothes for my kids. We need snow boots!
- Start thinking about packing for NYC!
