(no subject)
conversation this afternoon with coworkers.
L: k, so are you coming with us on sunday?
C: um... what? where?
L:didn't amanda tell you? we're all going to briar beach, (the nude beach) and to the bar.
C: I can't go to the bar...... I'm not even in grade twelve yet...
L: don't you ever try to get into bars and clubs and things?
C: I don't have a fake ID
L: what!?! well you do now! I'm getting another drivers licence anyways soon, you can have my old one. you totally look enough like me to use it.
C: but... um... okay? um... thanks?
soo.... ya, now own fake ID? and will probably not use it unless I'm with the people I work with, who are all about twentyish and haven't seemed to grasp the concept that I'm not their age.
In other news... I'm looking for a big straw hat, because I want one for the summer, and I'm also looking for a summer dress.
I went wandering about with Z yesterday, which was lots of fun. we had a lot to say to each other for two people who have never really talked before. Z, we absolutely must do that again sometime.
I hate the color or rather absence of color white.
I'm going to miss D and V terribly, they are both going to be gone for far too long.
W moved in nearby!
I still have not seen J's hair cut, and would very much like too.
I have an abundance of fruit in the back yard, and the cherries and logan berries and boisen berries and goose berries some strawberries and the sour cherries all rippened at once. For breakfast the last few mornings i've simply wandered about the backyard and picked random fruit.
I haven't seen K in a very long time. She got swallowed up by the garden gnomes, I know it.
T, come visit me, or call or something, since I always seem to just miss your shifts at folkfest.
