Menu for the week:
Sunday- was boneless pork chops, broccoli rice au gratin, corn, and field peas with snaps
Monday- that was spaghetti with jarred organic sauce and frozen meatballs, and garlic bread.  This is only the 2nd time in my entire adult life I have ever had meatballs in my spaghetti.  Jakob suddenly decided he hates spaghetti, so I thought by adding meatballs he would be more interested again, and I was right.  For dessert/bedtime snack, I made homemade banana chocolate chip macadamia nut muffins.  Delicious.  Found a basic banana muffin recipe, swapped part of the white flour for whole wheat, and added some choco chips and macadamia nuts.
Tuesday- ramen "dressed up" kinda Japanese style.  A few packs of beef ramen, drained can of corn, bamboo shoots, thin sliced leftover pork chops, and green onion.  With pork lumpia (Filipino style egg rolls/spring rolls) with thai hot and sour sauce.  Then off to Cookies with Santa at Jakob's school.
Wednesday- veggie burgers on onion buns, baked beans, and some veg, probably carrots coz I know I have some fresh that I should use.
Thursday-  Cub Scout Christmas Dinner.  I'll be taking a pasta salad.  One that I randomly throw together involving whatever kind of pasta I have on hand (I have rotini right now), some sliced black olives, can of diced tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, and some Italian dressing.  If I have any cucumber left by then I might use it but probably not coz I'm stingy with my cucumbers lol!!
Friday-  Homemade pizza and family video game night.  Will make some brownies or muffins or cookies as well.
Saturday-  burgers, fries
Sunday- baked catfish with cajun seasoning, corn nuggets, green beans
