No need to apologize, college is the talk of the school at the moment. Whenever there's a pause in conversation and no one has anything else to say... bring up college. Then everybody can throw in their two cents and sort of pretend like they're going to keep in touch with everybody else once they go to far off places for their own higher education. It helps ease the tension.
PS Yea. Likewise, my bestest buds hear about you all the time because whenever you read I feel obligated to tell someone that your voice is still inside my head hours later. The other day you said, "I speak poetry but I can't write it." And I really wanted to laugh out loud and call you a liar because I think you're amazing. Probably?
