Health, intuition and safety (important)

1)This tip applies to females as well as to males: avoid  the following food combinations, which affect the brain negatively (in people with depression and other emotional conditions) and thus cause disturbing nightmares and daydreams: a)  alcohol+chocolate/chocolate cake and b) sushi+alcohol/peach flavoured ice tea/peaches or nectarines

2) Females: always trust your intuition. No matter how well developed your logic is, in certain situations (stress, depression etc.) your logic becomes impaired. In that case, ALWAYS trust your intuition to guarantee safety from danger.

I had to learn it the hard way. I was lucky I didn't get hurt physically (when I was a teen). Please learn from my advice and apply it.

3) Cranberry juice, tomatoes and tomato ketchup are good for your health (heart, blood etc.)

4) Also-for all the females suffering from depression etc. I suggest to watch this French film with English subtitles: Ma Vie Est Un Enfer (My Life Is Hell) about a suffering woman who met a mystery man and had many interesting adventures. That film helped me a lot in 2012.

5) Do NOT make friends with your shadow archetype(s)-it is dangerous. Yet it is beneficial to release negative emotions from your shadow via watching films and listening to music (aka catharsis). 'Inglourious Basterds' (2009) and 'The Crow' (1994) are good films for this.
