Well,

It looks like I'll be going back home in about a week now. I'm super excited to be going back home. After all, I miss my family and friends tons. I'm gonna miss being here too though. Well, I'm gonna miss J a lot more than the city itself. It's a great place but he made it amazing.
I've made peace with the fact that we'll never be more than friends too which has made the last week amazing. We are finally much more like the friends we used to be. He's more of the best friend I was missing. I'm so happy cause I feel like I have that person that I knew I could depend on back. Its a great feeling.

I do ask myself sometimes though, why I tend to become the best friend and not the "more than friends" with guys that I really care about. They always gush to me about the girls they care about but its almost never me. Its okay though. I truly think that its made me so much stronger of a person. And, I've just got to focus on the fact that God is in control and I have to have faith in his timing. Its a terribly hard thing to do at times but I've just gotta keep reminding myself that if he brings you to it then he'll help you through it. So, I suppose all I can really do is accept things and relax.

Lastly, I've been working a lot lately on not over thinking things. It always seems like I over think every situation and either create a problem in my head where there never was one or I just end up not doing anything I want to because all I can see is the negative possible outcome. I've decided to work on doing that less and to just focus on the good. I mean, if a situation works out that's great, but if it doesn't then its just a lesson learned. And I think J said it best. He told me that if I'm talking to or around a true friend then they won't get mad about anything I say or do. They'll accept it because they care about me just like I care about them.

Well, that's all for now I think. Please feel free to leave any advice in the comment section. That's always appreciated. Vale'!
