Get crazy about socks.

I have been wanting to knit socks for a long time and I was finally overcome with desire. Ideas like this can overcome me at times, as people who know me well can testify to, haha. So, I dug all over the house and finally found a box of "Pick-Up-Sticks". Yes, I'm too poor to buy new needles. Then I grabbed some random blue acrylic yarn, pulled out a book at sock knitting and started. This is my first attempt at using "DPNs". Last night I finished about half of the cuff. I just used a 1x1 ribbing. This morning so far I have finished the cuff and done several rounds of the stockinette leg. It is very exciting and fun! Of course when I'm done with the leg the instructions say to "Turn work"....I have absolutely NO idea what that means, lol. Oh well!!! All new challenges! If I wasn't so lazy I'd post a picture of my newest WIP. Ok, well I want to get back to it, so COMMENT!!!
