Did it work? Is this one of those things where you can't see the way it would look if it isn't you viewing it? Like if you'e logged in it looks different? Because if it's not, then it's not working for me...grrrrr...
What's the opposite of "computer-savvy" because I'm it. *moans*
Whatever. I'll just leave it like that and stay away from linking things and doing the cutty-thingy in the future.
Don't worry, even though sometimes it doesn't look like it works, you don't have to log out or anything. Just go look at your journal page itself. Refreshing the page is a must, though, because sometimes Livejournal lags in showing changes.

All my journal entries are going to not have links and cuts, or any of that other fancy-schmanzy stuff. *mumbles and goes off to answer pile of emails*
Oh, thanks. So that's why I couldn't see if the reply to your comment really got posted until I looked just now. I have two really similar messages up there. Embarrassing. So refresh the page. Got it.

Two things:
1. To edit your post (and correct lj-cut) go to the home page and look for 'edit entries' under 'journal'. You should see handy buttons for editing.
2. Everything that you want to go in a cut goes in between the two tags, ergo: < lj-cut >your text here .
Nice to see you posting!
