ok. i got the milepost today. weeeeee!!! i've been reading a message board about the alcan, to learn shit, what to take.. things like that. anyway, people kept saying over and over again, 'get the milepost', '...the milepost'.. so i got one! and what a dealio. from what i had heard about it, it was a magazine about the alcan highway and the like. so i called jenn to tell her to pick one up today when she was in town. then i find out it's like a softback book almost (but with like magazine style pages *feel and look and size*) and 800 pages!! it's so sweet. says "the milepost; trip planner for alaska, yukon territory, british columbia, alberta & northwest territories; since 1949, the bible of north country travel; mile-by-mile highway logs, 30 major routes, 60 side trips, 100 maps" and then some ferry info that i probably won't need. came with a map too and the original first print of the milepost. it will definitely help tons!!! i still need to sit down and read it. i looked through it tonight at the pics and things. i like it.
then i went to bmg's site and signed up for some free cds.

this will complete my radiohead collection and one more for bjork and one more for tori amos. fuck filter's first cd, i wasn't too pleased with it so i probably won't ever get it. i heard a large crash like of car window or something earlier. i ran out onto the balcony to see two boys on the playground. jenn came out with the flashlight and pointed it towards them. they hid and a bit later while i was watching them they left. fuckers. i watched iris today. that movie is good and sad. also rented 8 femmes (fabulous!!) and super troopers cause i just love that movie so much and i wanted to record it. jenn rented abandon. that movie sucked ass. i started out good, but i hated the ending. james hasn't been on for a couple days. hope he's alright. the last time i talked to him was like thursday night and there were tornadoes headed his way in okc. i was tired and left and i haven't seen him online since. though he could be having internet problems too since he's had those for awhile now. i got some of the new reeses peanut butter cups today. the dark chocolate aren't that great, but i love the white chocolate ones. guess that's enough for now. getting headache...
