*sits curled up on her bed, reading Les Miserables. Her only thought outside of the book was how annoying it would be if some one were to interupt her at this point*
Terra tilted her head slightly. "So are you... suggesting I should meditate?" she asked.
It had never really occurred to her that meditation could help her as well, but Raven was right about that. The better handle she had on her emotions, the less earthquakes she'd accidentally cause.
Raven nodded and picked her mug up again, taking a sip and a deep breath. She felt calmer then she had in a few hours, and it was a comforting feeling. It would be impossible to explain it, but once Terra had experience it she might genuinly be happy, "Because it helps with nightmares." She muttered, not realizing she had said this part out loud.
Watching the sorceress for a moment, Terra's eyes gradually fell back into staring at the tea, a thoughtful 'hm' parting from her. She took a drink from it, but her gaze never left it. Not even as she heard Raven's words.
"Does it stop them?"
The geomancer was, of course, referring to the nightmares.
It was better than nothing, though, so Terra was thankful for that much. Maybe all the things she'd done wouldn't haunt her as much with meditation. She could hope.
"Alright. So... what do I do?"
In attempt to lighten to mood, she sat up on the couch, setting the tea down to cross her legs and touch the tips of her fingers together, humming overexaggeratedly; a perfect immitation of how the people did it on TV. Terra tried her best to hide a grin before she popped her eyes open, "Like that?"
"For meditating. Since you can't fly on your own, you'll need it to sit on." She moved into the meditation pose, and floated a few feet above the ground, "See?"
Terra watched her for a moment before nodding; she slid off the couch and stepped over towards the giant wall of glass windows where the entertainment screen was usually covering. She opened one of the windows and lifted up a hand, a glow casing around her fingers; with that, a slab of rock detatched from the island, big enough to support her weight but small enough to fit in the tower and not cause any problems. Taking a few steps back as she rose the rock to the window, she brought it inside, making sure it still didn't touch anything as she closed the window.
Leaping up on it and assuming a cross-legged sitting position, she looked towards Raven to see what to do next.
Raven floated over next to her, then held her arms out in a way similiar to the classic meditation pose, then closed her eyes. "Now, just repeat this...Azarath, metrion, zinthos...Azarath metrion zinthos...Azarath metrion zinthos..." The mantra became a soothing rythm and she focused inwardly.
The geomancer blinked as she watched Raven curiously, but followed suit and shut her eyes. "Azarath metrion zinthos," she murmured repetitively in sinc with the sorceress.
Trying her hardest not to break her own concentration, but was amazed how soothing this was already.

"No." She hesitated, "It might for you, but even if it doesn't, it lessens them." She glanced over, somewhat apologetic.
